Paid for Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi-Istanbul Ticket but Received No Confirmation

I paid 685 dirhams for an Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi to Istanbul scheduled for September 2, 2024. However, I never received any ticket information or confirmation email. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, no one has been able to assist me in locating my ticket or providing clarity on what happened to my payment.

I am left with no ticket and no resolution, and I urgently need Etihad Airways to resolve this issue. Either my ticket must be issued immediately, or my money refunded. This lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. I expect a prompt response and a clear solution to this matter.
