You can get your money back if Etihad Airways cancelled your flight at the last minute.
Go to Etihad's Manage Your Booking (https://www.etihad.com/en/manage/refunds) page to start the process. Type in your booking number and last name, then click "Cancel/refund" to begin the refund request process.
Whether you can get a refund depends on the type of fare you paid and whether any part of your trip was finished. There may be fees and charges, and returns for credit or debit card payments are usually made within 21 days.
