Etihad Failed to Assist Passenger During 4-Hour Delay and Long Layover

On November 13, 2025, I experienced an approximately 4-hour delay on Etihad Airways flight EY545 to Thailand. During this delay, no information, meals, or any form of assistance was provided to me. Because of the delay, I missed my Istanbul connecting flight (TK2320), and this caused significant inconvenience.

In addition, during the connection, I was forced to wait for a full 8 hours in Abu Dhabi, and no support was offered during this time either. Due to the extended waiting period, I also experienced health-related issues.

To resolve the inconvenience I suffered, I am requesting a refund for my Istanbul ticket or compensation for the damages I incurred. I purchased my flight directly through Etihad’s official website. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, I was not shown any interest and no solution was provided.

I respectfully request that the inconvenience I experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
