Etihad Airways Canceled My Flight Without Explanation

On February 1, 2025, my Etihad Airways flight to Phuket via Abu Dhabi was canceled without any explanation. The airline provided no communication or assistance, leaving passengers completely stranded.

At Istanbul Airport, we were kept on the plane for three hours before being told to deboard. Instead of a proper resolution, they handed out a small sandwich and juice, which wasn’t even enough for all passengers—as if that would make up for the inconvenience!

I am extremely dissatisfied with how Etihad Airways handled this situation. No support, no compensation, no proper response! I demand a full explanation and compensation for the time and trouble caused. This level of service is unacceptable!
