Etihad Airways Damaged My Luggage and Ignored My Complaint

On my August 31, 2024, flight from Istanbul to Phuket via Abu Dhabi with Etihad Airways, I received my suitcase in Phuket with a broken top despite handing it over in perfect condition at Istanbul Airport. With the help of airport staff in Phuket, I filed a damage report for the suitcase.
I reported this issue to Etihad Airways via email and their website, but as of September 22, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the airline. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve the issue, including compensation or repair for my damaged luggage. Passengers deserve better support and responsiveness from Etihad Airways.
