Etihad Airways Baggage Handle Damage



I travelled with Etihad Airways on flight EY489 from KLIA to Abu Dhabi on 03/01/2026. After collecting my luggage at the destination, I noticed that the handle of my baggage was spoiled and clearly damaged during handling. I immediately reported the issue to the Etihad staff/baggage service desk at the airport. However, I was informed that I needed to submit an online complaint instead of resolving the matter on the spot. I kindly request reimbursement for the damage to my baggage handle, as the bag was handed over to the airline in good condition and returned to me damaged. I ask that this complaint be reviewed and that the necessary compensation be provided as soon as possible.
