No Samples with Estee Lauder Purchase from Online

I recently bought Estee Lauder products worth 6900₺ from Boyner’s online store. When I’ve purchased Estee Lauder products from other stores like Sephora, they typically include several sample products with the order. However, this time, I received no samples whatsoever. I’m disappointed and confused—is the lack of samples an issue with Boyner or with Estee Lauder? Given the high amount I spent, I expected some added value or samples to come with the purchase. I’m a loyal customer and feel let down by this experience. Estee Lauder and Boyner, please address this matter and clarify why no samples were included with my order.
