I purchased an Estee Lauder serum and cream, trusting the brand’s claim that their products are suitable for all skin types. However, my experience has been anything but positive. From the moment I began using them, my skin became extremely dry and started breaking out—something that has never happened with any other skincare brand I’ve used.
Despite following a consistent skincare routine and giving the products time to adjust to my skin, things only got worse, not better. My complexion now looks irritated, flaky, and inflamed, and I deeply regret using these products. It’s especially frustrating considering how much we pay for these items in Turkey—₺2,000+ for results that have damaged rather than improved my skin.
I expected better from Estee Lauder. This is the first time my skin has looked this bad despite proper care, and it’s extremely disappointing coming from a high-end brand.
Estee Lauder, I urge you to take accountability for this experience. I’m asking for a full explanation, and a refund or exchange for products that clearly did not meet their promise. Consumers deserve safe, effective skincare—not setbacks. Please respond promptly.
