Estée Lauder Caused Severe Breakouts—Not Worth the Price

After purchasing Estée Lauder skincare, my face broke out with more acne than I’ve ever had before. I expected high-quality results, especially considering how expensive these products are, but instead, my skin is now worse than ever.

For the price I paid, I should have received a premium product, not something that causes excessive breakouts. Additionally, my items arrived without any protective packaging or a sealed wrap, which raises concerns about whether they were previously opened or used.

I am extremely disappointed and want answers from Estée Lauder. How can I trust that I received an unused, authentic product? I expect a proper explanation and a resolution—either a refund or a replacement with a product that won’t harm my skin!
