Estée Lauder Payment Charged via Iyzico but Order Fails to Process

On Thursday, I made a purchase totaling $133 on Estée Lauder's official website. Even though $133 was charged to my card through Iyzico via Yapı Kredi, I never received any order confirmation email. When I called customer service regarding the issue, they informed me that while the payment was received, the order did not appear in their system.
Despite the time that has passed, my $133 refund has still not been processed. It is deeply frustrating to have funds withdrawn without an order being created and without the system automatically canceling the transaction to issue a refund.
I demand that my payment be refunded to my card without delay and that my issue be resolved immediately.
