On September 2, I purchased the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum from Trendyol. My skin was perfectly smooth following my acne treatment, and I started using this serum upon my dermatologist’s recommendation. I only used the product twice and did not combine it with any other skincare product or treatment.
However, shortly after applying the serum, my skin broke out with severe acne. Since I didn’t use any other product during this period, I am certain that the reaction was caused by this serum.
I haven’t yet contacted customer service, but I’m worried that they might refuse a refund because the box has been opened. Given the negative reaction and the damage to my skin, I am requesting a full refund and expect support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
