eSIM IO advertised a promotion offering a $5 bonus when loading $20. Trusting this, I loaded funds twice—a total of $30. However, instead of seeing $35 or even the full $30 in my account, my balance only shows $19.
This left me feeling completely misled. I reached out to eSIM IO’s support team twice, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and failure to honor their own promotion has made me question whether this company is truly reliable.
I request that my missing funds and promised bonus be added to my account immediately, or otherwise, that I receive a refund for the amount not credited. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, especially when money is involved.
