I purchased an internet package from eSIM IO while traveling abroad, and I am extremely disappointed. The package was both overpriced and used up far too quickly. For comparison, in the country I am currently in, 100GB of internet costs only €30 at the airport, but on the app, the same service was $89. That price difference is unreasonable.
On top of that, I cannot understand how the data disappeared so fast. The package I bought was depleted almost immediately, even though my usage was not heavy. This experience left me feeling frustrated and cheated.
I am requesting that eSIM IO review its pricing and data consumption policies, and I also want a solution for the unfair loss of the package I purchased. Customers should receive fair value for what they pay, not inflated prices and instantly vanishing data.
