I Face Unauthorized Charges After Using eSIM IO for Travel Internet

I recently traveled abroad and used the eSIM IO app to purchase an internet package. About a week later, I discovered that money was withdrawn from my account without my authorization.

The only place I ever used this credit card was on the eSIM IO app. For extra security, I had even created a virtual card through Enpara specifically for this purchase. Despite these precautions, it seems that my payment details were misused without my consent.

This experience has left me very concerned about the security and reliability of the eSIM IO platform. I strongly warn others not to trust this app with their credit card details. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this issue and a refund for the unauthorized charges.
