Canon Pixma G3416 Constant E02 Error — Printer Hardly Works
I purchased a Canon Pixma G3416 printer about two months ago. Since the day I bought it, I have been repeatedly encountering the E02 error code, and in total, I have been able to print no more than 5–6 pages. My previous printer was an Epson, which I used for five years without any issues, but unfortunately, I haven’t had the same satisfaction with this Canon model.
I’ve tried the start/stop reset process multiple times, but it didn’t solve the problem. Although the product is still under warranty, I have called Canon customer service several times and never received any response. My invoice number is 5448****35.
I request that this persistent malfunction be resolved — preferably through repair or replacement of the product. I kindly ask that my issue be addressed as soon as possible.
