On June 8, 2024, at 8:59 PM, I attempted to purchase Farming Simulator 22 through Epic Games. During checkout, I entered my bank card information, but the payment was declined, and an error message appeared. At that time, my card was blocked for international transactions, so I enabled that feature and tried again — yet I received the same error. I then canceled the transaction and noticed that the game wasn’t added to my account. However, later that day, at 8:59 PM, I discovered that ₺340 had been withdrawn from my bank account.
When I logged back into my Epic Games account, the game was not added, and I didn’t receive any notification or confirmation email. My payment receipt includes the following details: “Virtual POS transaction, card no: 5124********210.”*
I tried to reach Epic Games customer service, but I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. The amount is still shown as withdrawn from my account, and no refund has been issued so far.
I request that either the Farming Simulator 22 game be added to my Epic Games account or that the ₺340 payment be refunded immediately. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as this situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
