On 19/03/2025 at 23:45, I attempted to purchase Crysis Remastered through Epic Games using the GPay bank transfer option. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, but the game never appeared in my Epic Games library—and I can’t find any record of the transaction on their platform.
I tried reaching out to GPay for support, but there’s no way to send an email or connect with live chat. I’ve been left with no product and no help.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a game and received nothing in return. GPay and Epic Games, I demand an immediate refund of the ₺ that was taken. Someone needs to step up and resolve this issue now.
