Farming Simulator 25 Purchased on Epic Games but Not in My Library

I purchased Farming Simulator 25 through the Epic Games app on October 23 at 10:50 PM. The game was released today, but it still hasn’t appeared in my library. I have the receipt as proof of purchase and was expecting to play the game on launch day. Why is the game not accessible in my account? This is extremely frustrating, and I feel misled after spending ₺550. I shouldn’t have to pay again for a game I’ve already bought. I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue so I can access and play the game. Epic Games needs to fix this problem promptly and ensure such issues don’t happen again.
