I tried to purchase a game on Epic Games. However, during checkout, I repeatedly encountered the following error message: “It looks like something went wrong. For your safety, this transaction was declined. Please try another card or payment method.”
I tested several different cards, all of which are valid and actively used for online purchases, but the same error occurred each time. This repeated failure has caused me serious frustration. I simply want to complete my purchase, yet I am blocked by a security restriction that I do not understand.
I contacted Epic Games support but have not received a meaningful explanation or resolution. This situation has wasted my time and caused emotional stress, as I was looking forward to playing my new game.
I explicitly request that the payment block on my account be lifted immediately and that you explain why this security error happened in the first place.
