Epic Games Failed to Deliver Paladins Starhorse and Season Pass 2022 Packages

I purchased the "Interstellar Starhorse Bundle" and the "Season Pass 2022" for Paladins through the Epic Games store on my PC. While the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the packages were not delivered to my game account. Despite contacting Epic Games customer support, the steps they provided to resolve the issue were ineffective, and the problem persists.

Now, I am unable to reconnect with customer support or send follow-up emails as their system keeps throwing errors. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expect Epic Games to take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the content I paid for is properly delivered to my account.
