I Bought For Honor Gold Edition on Ubisoft But Didn’t Receive It After Payment
I already owned the For Honor Standard Edition on Steam. To upgrade my experience, I decided to purchase the Gold Edition directly from Ubisoft. I completed the payment using my bank card, and the amount was successfully withdrawn from my account. However, the upgraded game has not been added to my Ubisoft account, and the order doesn’t even appear in the “My Orders” section.
I attempted to contact Ubisoft support through their official website but haven’t received any response so far. This is extremely frustrating. I’ve paid for a product I never received, and no one is addressing the issue.
I demand that Ubisoft either deliver the Gold Edition to my account immediately or refund the full amount. Ignoring paying customers is unacceptable. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
