I Lost a Skin After Paying ₺500 for a Fortnite Bundle—I Want It Restored Now

I purchased a Fortnite bundle for ₺500, expecting to receive everything that was clearly listed in the offer. However, one of the skins that was supposed to be included is now completely missing from my account. This is incredibly frustrating and makes absolutely no sense.
I’m really angry right now. I didn’t spend this much money just to chase after missing content. I trusted Epic Games to deliver what I paid for. Instead, I’m left wasting time trying to figure out what happened to an item that should’ve been automatically added to my locker.
I am serious and furious about this issue. This isn’t the first time Epic’s system causes problems, and it’s unacceptable. I demand that the missing skin be restored to my account immediately, or I want a full or partial refund. Please resolve this quickly—I shouldn’t have to spend the whole day fixing your mistake.
