Unable to Make Purchases on Epic Games Store for Two Weeks


For the past two weeks, I’ve been unable to purchase anything on the Epic Games Store. Following the advice from their support team, I waited 24 hours and even tried using different payment methods, but nothing has worked.
To make matters worse, I can’t get in touch with the support team anymore as the system keeps giving me errors whenever I try. I’m completely stuck, unable to resolve this issue on my own, and the lack of proper assistance from Epic Games is extremely frustrating.
I need this problem addressed immediately. Epic Games must fix the payment system or provide an alternative solution so I can complete my purchases without further hassle.
