Epic Games Does Not Want to Deal With My Account Recovery Request

On November 16, 2024, the e-mail address and password of my Epic Games account were changed by someone I do not know. I do not share my account password and e-mail with anyone. The same problem occurred with my Ea and Rockstar Games accounts. They fixed it in one day. When I wrote to the company regarding the issue on November 17, 2024, I was told "you need to apply for account recovery." 3 days after I made the application, they informed me in response (I will also include it visually) that they had concerns about the account and that the information provided did not match the ones in the databases. I emphasized that I was the founder of the account and that I had never changed the e-mail or account name, and added approximately 20 e-mails (invoices, information, etc.) that they had sent me until that day. They didn't even answer. When I persistently sent an e-mail, they told me to apply for account recovery again. When I tried to do so, warnings such as "There are too many attempts, try later" and "You have reached the application limit for this e-mail" started appearing. Today (November 26, 2024), I sent them my account recovery application and ID and asked them to delete it so I could do it again. They didn't bother to answer him either. A lie is put forward and we struggle to prove that it is a lie, it's like a joke. I wrote to them too. Again, there is no answer to confirm the IP address when the account was created, by whom, and with which PC or phone. I think they clearly don't want to deal with it. That's why they've been stalling for 9 days. They are trying to tell me to "be satisfied with the answer you receive and leave your own account alone", but no matter how much they reject it, that account is mine and I will not let it go.
