Epic Games Charged Me for God of War but the Game Is Missing
I purchased God of War for PC through Epic Games, but even though the purchase was completed and the payment was charged to my card, the game does not appear in either my purchase history or my library. I completed the transaction on February 18 or 19, and my banking app clearly shows that the payment to Epic Games was processed successfully.
The email address associated with my account is a********@gmail.com**. I tried to resolve the issue on my own and submitted a help request through the support section using the AI assistant, but I was unable to receive direct help from a technical support team and the problem still continues.
I request that Epic Games either add God of War to this account as soon as possible or issue a full refund for the amount I paid. I ask that my complaint be investigated and that I receive a clear response regarding the issue.
