Epic Games Account Wrongfully Banned and Uninstallation Issue

I am reaching out to address a serious issue with my account. Despite adhering to all rules and using my account responsibly, I recently discovered that it has been banned without any valid reason. This has left me frustrated and confused. I request a thorough review of my account and an explanation if any rule violation occurred. If this was a misunderstanding, I urge you to lift the ban immediately.

Additionally, I encountered a problem after uninstalling the application from my computer. The program is still visible in the taskbar (bottom tabs) and cannot be fully removed. I need assistance resolving this issue as well.
