Epic Games Account Shows “Account Not Found” Error

About a week ago, I stopped being able to access my Epic Games account that I normally use on PC. When I try to log in, I receive a “account not found” warning and the only option shown is the account recovery button. The account I created with the email ko************@hotmail.com** now appears as if it has either been completely deleted or taken over by someone else.

My account contained games that I purchased with my own money, including Outlast Trials and Chivalry. Despite this, Epic Games not having a properly functioning customer service channel, live support, or a quickly reachable support line is extremely disappointing. I try to contact them by email, but it takes days just to receive a response, and during that time both my account and the games I purchased remain at risk.

I request that Epic Games thoroughly investigate the account in question, restore the account back to me, and ensure that all of my purchased games are fully accessible again. I would also like Epic Games to improve account security and speed up their support processes.
