Lost Access to My Epic Games Account, No Support From Help Desk

I’ve been locked out of my Epic Games account, registered with the email [email protected]** and username c. When I tried logging in after a few days, it acted as if no account existed under that email and prompted me to create a new one.

This is unacceptable, as I’ve spent 3.5 years building my library of games, all of which are now inaccessible. I contacted support through the form and provided proof of my first payment, but my case was mishandled. The representative, z, delayed the process and failed to provide any updates about my account status or recovery.

Every attempt to follow their instructions only led to irrelevant and unhelpful steps. I need Epic Games to restore my account and provide real support immediately. Losing access to years of games and purchases is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
