I purchased a Netha sofa set from Enza Home through the Kütahya Enza Home store, and I have been experiencing a shipping delay since 02/18/2026. My order number is 1105938199. Despite a significant amount of time passing, my product has still not been delivered. During this process, I have contacted the store and authorized representatives at least 10 times. They informed me that there is no issue with the branch, and although the factory has completed production, they have not dispatched the product because the shipment volume is considered “too small” to send a delivery vehicle.
In other words, even though my product has already been manufactured, my delivery is being delayed solely due to poor shipment planning. Additionally, when I called the customer service line at 0850 850 0987, representatives told me that my product left the factory on 03/28/2026 and would arrive at the branch within 3 to 5 business days. I trusted this information and continued to wait. However, as of today, 04/06/2026, it has been 9 days, and when I visited the store, I found that the product still had not arrived.
I am extremely frustrated that the call center is providing inaccurate information, attempting to shift blame onto the branch, and appearing unaware of the actual situation at the factory. After this experience, I no longer plan to shop from Enza Home again, and I will make sure to share this negative experience with others and strongly advise against choosing this brand.
I demand the immediate delivery of my Netha sofa set and request a clear, written delivery date. Otherwise, I will proceed with the necessary legal actions to resolve my grievance.
