Enza Home Netha Sofa Set – Repeated Leg Breaks and Poor Customer Support
We purchased the Netha sofa set from Enza Home a few years ago. Within the first year, it began creaking, and since then, the legs have broken three times. Each time, we’ve had to order replacement legs, often after waiting months for our requests to be processed. After this latest break, we’ve been calling and messaging for days with no response from Enza Home.
We’re willing to pay for the parts and the high delivery fee of 600₺, but it’s unacceptable to be ignored. We’re left with a sofa missing a leg, and the lack of customer support reflects poorly on Enza Home’s commitment to quality. We need a prompt response and a resolution to this ongoing issue.
