I purchased the Gréce sofa set from Enza Home, and although I’ve barely used it, one of the three-seater sofas has already sagged, while the other has developed a noticeable lump. The quality seems to have significantly declined, making me regret this purchase. The payment isn’t even complete, and after only seven months, I’m already facing these issues. We didn’t pay a small amount for this set, and if there’s an option to return it, I’d like to pursue it. I’ve called for service, hoping they actually follow through. Enza Home, I expected much better quality and durability from your brand. Please address this issue promptly.
