Broken Armchair Leg in Enza Home Sofa Set – No Response After One Month

We purchased a sofa set from Enza Home, but one of the armchair legs arrived broken. The chair isn’t stable, and although it’s a swivel chair, it doesn’t rotate smoothly. We reported the issue to service immediately, but still haven’t received any response. We also contacted the store, and they initially said it would take at least a month. Well, it’s been a month, and still no solution. I’m requesting immediate action to fix or replace the damaged chair.
