Enza Home Furniture Deforming – No Service Response Despite Request




Last Tuesday, I contacted Enza Home customer service to request a service visit, but no one has reached out yet. The sofas, chairs, and table legs we purchased have all become deformed. Additionally, despite being told that the sofas could be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth, water stains remain, and now we’re unsure how to fix the issue. Is there any organization that can assist with this? I’m very disappointed with both the quality and the lack of response from Enza Home. I need a resolution as soon as possible.
