Enza Home Fails to Deliver Furniture Nearly 40 Days Late

On November 29, 2025, I purchased a bookcase from the Yataş Enza Home Kumsal store located in Kayseri Kumsal Shopping Mall. Although the sales contract clearly states that the delivery date of the product is December 9, 2025, as of today, January 19, the product has still not been delivered. Moreover, the attitude of both the store and the company throughout this process has caused me serious inconvenience. When I called the store to ask about the situation, I experienced extremely indifferent and careless behavior from the Kumsal store staff, who seemed unconcerned about whether the product had arrived at all and responded to my questions in an almost argumentative, dismissive manner. When I contacted Yataş directly, I was first told that the product would come out of production on January 12; however, when I called again today, January 19, I was told that the product has still not been produced. Even though nearly 40 days have passed since the promised delivery date, there is still no product and no clear or consistent information. Due to the repeated failure to honor delivery dates, the lack of reliable communication, and the severe inconvenience caused to me as a customer, I will never consider shopping again from this brand, especially from the Yataş Enza Kumsal store. I would also like to state that I will be filing formal complaints with the Provincial Directorate of Trade and the Ministry of Trade. My order number is 1105455253, and the payment was made by credit card. Because the product has still not been manufactured, delivery dates keep changing, and store staff display an indifferent, careless, and tense attitude, I request that my grievance be resolved urgently, that a proper investigation be conducted and action taken against those responsible, and that this entire process be explained to me in writing.
