Envato Elements Account Login Not Working for Two Days

I have been unable to log in to my Envato Elements account for the past two days. Whenever I try to sign in, I continuously receive the message, “Please try again.” I have tried resetting my password and logging in from different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. The email address associated with my account is C****.A*****@*****, and I am located in Turkey. I have paid for an annual plan, and it has been only one week since my most recent payment.

I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I request that my account access be restored as soon as possible so that I can log in and continue using the service I have already paid for.
