Enterprise Rent a Car Did Not Refund 1000 CHF Deposit After Zurich Airport Rental

Hello, on July 9, 2025, I rented a car from Enterprise Rent a Car at Zurich Airport. I returned the vehicle on September 11, 2025, fully compliant with all requirements. At the time of rental, a 1000 CHF deposit was charged to my account, which was supposed to be refunded after the return.

However, even though more than one month has passed, the deposit has still not been refunded to my account. I have sent several emails, but I have not received any response or explanation from Enterprise.

This lack of communication and failure to refund my deposit is highly disappointing. I kindly request that my 1000 CHF deposit be refunded immediately and that I receive a proper explanation regarding this issue.
