I Face a Delayed Deposit Refund from Enterprise Skopje — 18,000 MKD Still Not Returned

After returning the vehicle I rented from Enterprise at Skopje Airport, I was informed that my deposit of 18,000 Macedonian denars would be refunded no later than October 20, 2025. However, as of today, no refund has been made.

I have contacted Enterprise customer service multiple times, but I am constantly being given vague answers and no clear information about when the refund will be processed. My reservation number is 776577515, and the deposit was paid by credit card.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and support. I demand that my deposit be refunded immediately and that my grievance be properly addressed without further delay.
