Grievance Caused By Enterprise Rent a Car

This incident, which I will now describe, involves the enormous victimization that this supposedly very corporate car rental company, which I and many of my friends in my close circle prefer, has caused me. On 28.03.2025, on behalf of my cousin, we created an online reservation to rent a Toyota Hybrid brand car from the Pendik Viaport branch on behalf of my cousin and ensured that the entire fee was collected from his card. When the day and time of the reservation came, we entered the branch with my cousin and they asked my cousin to open his e-state and show them whether he was working with insurance or not, which had never been requested before. (This was the first illegality we suffered because I had a meeting with my lawyer on this issue and learned that this was an illegal and illegal act). Then I said that if my cousin cannot rent this vehicle, then I want to rent it because if my cousin does not have insurance, I do because I am a teacher and I am a person with a proper Findeks report who has no problems with loans or credit cards. Then, with this request, the branch told me that they had no available vehicles and asked us to leave. Of course, realizing that the vehicle was rented to someone before me, I took a video around the branch to see if that vehicle was there. And of course there was no vehicle of that model. As if all this was not enough, since that day was the day before the eve of the holiday, I could not find a vehicle in other companies and we canceled our holiday plan, and we experienced a separate victimization and financial loss in that dimension.
