Enpara Blocked My Business Account and Has Not Responded for Over 22 Hours
Enpara placed a block on my account citing security reasons, and I have been trying to resolve the issue ever since. I have called customer service at least 4 or 5 times, and each time they’ve said a ticket has been created and that someone would contact me shortly. It’s now been 22 hours, and I still haven’t received a single call or update. Every time I reach out, I’m told they’ll call “very soon,” but no one follows through.
This is incredibly frustrating because the money in this account belongs to my business, and I need to purchase materials. I’m being forced to sit and wait for an undefined amount of time with no access to my own funds. Other banks I’ve dealt with in the past have responded to similar issues in 1–2 minutes, yet Enpara has left me waiting nearly an entire day with zero communication.
I’m seriously disappointed in how this is being handled. I’m already a victim of this situation, and Enpara is only adding to my frustration by failing to act. I urgently request that my account block be lifted and that someone from the team contacts me immediately to resolve this matter.
You have victimized me so much that I lost my job because of you. It has been over 32 hours since I was blocked and you still haven't responded.
