Enpara Blocked My Account and Seized My Money Without Giving Any Explanation

Enpara suddenly blocked both my account and the money in it. When I called, they said they couldn’t provide any information and only stated that my account was closed for "not complying with their policies." I really can’t understand how they can seize both our accounts and our money all of a sudden. I had important payments scheduled for that day, and this unexpected move left me completely stuck. This is not something a proper bank would do. I trusted Enpara for years and never expected such treatment. I will also file a complaint with Presidential Communication Center. To make matters worse, they seized our accounts just one day before the holiday break. It’s truly disappointing.
