My Account Was Closed Without Warning or Reason
I have been an active customer of Enpara for nearly 10 years. Today, without any prior warning or explanation, my account was unfairly closed. I was not given any reason for the closure, nor was I properly informed. When I contacted customer service on my own initiative, the only response I received was a vague reference to “bank policy,” without any concrete explanation or assistance. Additionally, I was told that in order to retrieve the balance in my gold account, I must submit a written instruction letter and, more disturbingly, explicitly request the closure of my account. I was informed that unless I write “I request the closure of my account,” I would not be able to access the funds in my gold account. This practice is not only unjust, but also coercive and lacking in transparency. I expect a clear explanation and a fair resolution regarding this matter.
