I Could Not Get My Business Account Statement from Enpara for Over a Month
I want to share my experience with Enpara because it has been truly disappointing. We opened a business account with Enpara and used it without issues for about 3–4 years. Later, we stopped operations for performance reasons and closed all our accounts. Then, our accounting department requested the statements of these closed accounts for corporate reporting. That’s when the trouble began. We contacted Enpara’s customer service and requested the statement of just one account for one year. For nearly a month, we were constantly told things like “under review,” “we’re checking,” and “we’ll take care of it,” with no results. Finally, one morning, I saw an email with the statement and thought the issue was resolved—but when I opened it, it turned out to be for a completely different company and account. It was infuriating. I called again and was told it was a mistake, so I submitted another request. We’re still waiting. Since there are no physical branches, there’s no one to speak to directly, and the customer service is inadequate. For this reason, I can’t recommend Enpara to anyone.
