Enpara/QNB Finansbank Blocked My Account Without Notice
On Saturday night around 11:00 PM, Enpara/QNB Finansbank suddenly blocked my account without any prior notification. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it was a "policy requirement," but they couldn’t provide further details. They mentioned that I could withdraw my funds from a branch, but I don’t use cash.
I was left stranded without a single penny for two days. This level of inconvenience and lack of communication is unacceptable. Despite being told I would be contacted, I have yet to receive any updates.
After reading similar complaints from others, it’s clear that this is a recurring issue. I will pursue the necessary legal actions to address this matter. Enpara, which I once defended, has proven unreliable. Fix this now!

The response given does not match the transaction activities I performed with my asset profile. For this reason, they decided to close it. The response given is a separate fiasco. Such a shame.
When I went to the branch to get my money, they wanted my signature to close my account. I have never worked with a bank as worthless as yours in my life. You can be sure that I will file a complaint with CİMER about the issue.
