Enpara Closed My Credit Card Without My Knowledge and Canceled My Automatic Payments
On November 15, 2024, when the electricity at my workplace and my employees' phone lines were disconnected, I suspected an issue with my Enpara credit card and contacted customer service. I was informed that 19 other automatic payments had also been canceled. The actual issue, which even the representative I spoke with hesitated to disclose, was that my credit card had been closed by Enpara on October 25, 2024. Despite having no outstanding debt and fully paying off my previous statement, my credit card was closed by Enpara without my consent or knowledge. After my persistent questioning on the call, the only explanation provided was vague, citing "bank policy" and so on. I expect a detailed explanation, remediation of the error that caused my grievance, and an apology.
There is still no knowledgeable or concerned person, still no proper explanation!
