Enpara.com Closes My Overdraft Account After Separation From QNB

I have been an Enpara customer for many years, actively using both my personal and business accounts as well as my POS device through Enpara. While I never experienced any issues during the period when Enpara was affiliated with QNB Finansbank, my overdraft account (KMH) was suddenly suspended after Enpara’s separation from QNB, citing “bank procedures” as the reason. This issue has been ongoing for several days. As a customer with regular payments and active commercial transactions, I was surprised and disappointed by such a restriction on my account. When I contacted customer service, they only stated that the action was taken due to banking procedures but provided no detailed explanation or solution to my problem. I have always chosen Enpara for its convenience, reliability, and customer satisfaction, but recent developments have shaken my trust in the service. I request that my overdraft account be reactivated and that my grievance be resolved.

It would have been better if you had provided clarification beforehand; I was a bit upset about this situation because I didn't know the reason. Nevertheless, thank you for your attention and interest, and I wish you continued success.
