Enpara Locked My Account After I Asked for a Charge Dispute for Virtual Card

Enpara has been a total nightmare for me while I've been overseas. I had to dispute a charge on my virtual card and as a result, my mobile banking was locked. They promised to call me back but never did. I called them, explained the situation, and they froze my mobile banking again, saying they'd send instructions to unlock it. I sent the instructions but nothing happened. I can't load money onto my phone, so I can't call them back, and my emails are being ignored. I'm stuck abroad with no easy way to access my money, and Enpara's customer service is non-existent. This is absolutely ridiculous!
