Enpara Did Not Refund the Full Amount for My Transaction Dispute

The refunded amount related to my Enpara.com transaction dispute has not been credited to my credit card. I request that you share the documents regarding the unauthorized deductions, which I will submit to the Turkish Banks Association Individual Customer Arbitration Committee. In the result letters sent to my email, which I have included below, you specified the amounts for the disputed transactions made with my credit cards, for which I did not receive the service. However, the full amounts have not been reflected on my credit card. Only ₺288 on 03/02/2025 and ₺59 on 20/02/2025 were refunded. Why has the ₺365 refund, mentioned in one of the letters you sent, not been credited? What is the explanation for this? You are absolutely not supporting your customers. Instead of refunding the full amounts deducted unlawfully by the other party, you are withholding part of the refunds. We are the ones who have to investigate and uncover these irregularities. I demand the immediate refund of the full amounts related to my transaction disputes to my credit card without any further delay.
