Enpara Rejected My Account Application Without Reason Despite Clean Record
My account opening application with Enpara Digital Banking was rejected without any reason given, citing "banking policies." I work in the private sector with a stable salary. I also live in a family-owned home, not a rental. My payments with other banks are regular, and my credit record is clean, with no low Findeks score, yet my application was denied. When I called the bank, they told me I had no right to appeal. No reason is provided for refusing to open an account. On top of that, they sent a mocking message claiming that I canceled my credit card application myself and can reapply anytime I wish.
