Enpara Delayed My Company Account Opening Without Explanation
I applied to open a company account at Enpara in Istanbul, but my application has been pending for a while and I have not been able to open the account. When I called customer service, the representatives told me that they could not give clear information, that the system was acting this way, and that my account would most likely be approved within 3–4 days. Despite this, my company account has still not been opened. I also already have a company account in another bank, yet I could not open one at Enpara. Because my Enpara company account could not be opened, I was unable to carry out any business transactions through this account, which caused my company to suffer and disrupted my work processes. I request that my company account be opened as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided about why my application has been delayed and why no definite information can be given during this process.
