Enpara Ignored My Banking History and Rejected My POS Application

I am a long-standing Enpara customer with a strong credit profile, and I have been managing my personal banking transactions through Enpara smoothly for many years. Today, when I wanted to open a POS account through Enpara for my newly established company registered in my own name and actively use this POS service, I encountered an extremely illogical and surprising practice. I was repeatedly told the same thing: that I must first open a POS account at another bank, use it there for a period of time, and only then would Enpara consider evaluating my POS application.

I am not requesting a loan, there is no situation that creates risk or distrust for the bank, and I have no negative banking history. Under these circumstances, I find this condition completely unacceptable. I have difficulty understanding how a bank that I have been a loyal customer of for years can ignore my existing history and credibility within its own system and instead direct me to work with another bank first.

Even though my company is officially registered in my own name, I consider the rejection of my POS account request under these conditions to be unfair and far from a customer-focused approach. I request that Enpara withdraw this unnecessary and unreasonable requirement, open a POS account for my company, and approve its active use without further delay.

Nothing is changing. The same things are repeated like a chorus. Perceptual weakness is at its peak and they are far from logical thinking. They are merely an institution called a bank, run by inconsistent people who cannot have a rational view on banking matters.
